Delicious vegan, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies

Soft, chewy, and melt in your mouth. And they're vegan! This vegan, gluten-free chocolate chip cookie recipe will remind you of your Grandma’s homemade cookies. Yes, they taste and smell that good. This vegan take on an original dessert will leave you forgetting they are even vegan.

 

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 9-11 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ¼ Cup Gluten-free flour blend 
  • 1 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp Table salt
  • 1 Cup Plant-based butter
  • ¾ Cup Granulated sugar
  • ¾ Cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. AcreMade Egg Replacer
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Cups Vegan chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy.
  3. Add egg powder and water and beat well after addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Use a medium sized cookie scoop to make balls and drop on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  5. Place cookies in a sealed container for storage.
  6. Enjoy!
