Yes, AcreMade Egg Substitute works to make mayo as well as other emulsified spreads. We do note the inherent risks of consuming this product uncooked due to the possibility of harmful bacteria.

The product can be kept in the refridgerator for 3-4 day. Note product thickening may occur and extra cold water may need to be added to make the product thinner.
