
Vegan Frittata Egg Bites Recipe

Whether you're hosting a brunch or headed out the door to work, these easy grab and go egg bites are a perfect protein-packed snack or breakfast. These healthy mini frittatas will give you a plant-powered start to your day!

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Plant-Based Meat Crumbles
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1 ¼ Cup AcreMade Egg Substitute
- 25 fl oz. Water
Directions:
- Pre heat skillet
- Stir and break down
- Add 2 cups of spinach and stir
- In a bowl, whisk together AcreMade Plant-Based Egg Substitute and water
- Once the egg mixture is a smooth texture, add in the crumbles & spinach
- Whisk all together until smooth
- Pour mixture into a 12 cup muffin pan
- Bake at 325° F for 15-20 minutes
