French toast, vegan, plant-based, egg-free, healthy, brioche bread

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this irresistible vegan French toast recipe! The cinnamon and nutmeg add a touch of warmth which combines amazingly with fluffy brioche. This will bound to be a Sunday morning favorite in you're family.

 

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes

Cook Time: 4-6 minutes

Serving Size: 2 Pieces

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pieces of Brioche Bread
  • ¼ Cup AcreMade Egg Scrambler
  • 5.5 fl oz. Water
  • ½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk/Creamer
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅓ tsp. Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Plant-based butter
  • Strawberries & Blueberries
  • Maple Syrup
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  1. Whisk together egg scrambler and water until smooth
  2. Combine egg scrambler mix, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and vanilla extract into a pan
  3. Whisk it up!
  4. Soak the brioche bread in the mixture for 5 minutes on each side
  5. Melt plant-based butter into skillet 
  6. Cook soaked bread in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side
  7. Top with berries, maple syrup, and powdered sugar
  8.  Enjoy!
