Ingredients:
- 4 Pieces of Brioche-style Bread
- ¼ Cup AcreMade Egg Substitute
- 5.5 fl oz. Water
- ½ Cup Non-Dairy Milk/Creamer
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ⅓ tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Plant-based butter
- Strawberries & Blueberries
- Maple Syrup
- Powdered Sugar
Directions:
- Whisk together AcreMade Plant-Based Egg Substitute and water until smooth
- Combine AcreMade mixture, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and vanilla extract into a pan
- Whisk it up!
- Soak the brioche bread in the mixture for 5 minutes on each side
- Melt plant-based butter into skillet
- Cook soaked bread in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side
- Top with berries, maple syrup, and powdered sugar
