AcreMade Omelet

Our AcreMade omelet recipe is great for a hearty breakfast or midday sustainable snack! Stuff it with your favorite veggies and toppings to make it your own. We’re sure this fluffy, golden omelet is EGGCELLENT.

Prep Time: 4-6 minutes

Cook Time: 2-3 minutes

Serving Size: 1 Omelet

  • ¼ Cup AcreMade Egg Substitute
  • 5.5 oz Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced Red Bell Peppers 
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced Tomatos 
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced Onions 
  • ¼ Cup Non-Dairy Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Green onions


  1. Combine egg scrambler and water into a bowl
  2. Whisk until smooth 
  3. Dice the peppers, tomato, and onion
  4. Drizzle olive oil over hot skillet, and add in your egg scrambler mix
  5. Allow mixture to cook undisturbed until the edge begins to form, then flip
  6. Add in vegetables and cheese on one side, and flip in half
  7. Garnish with salt, pepper, and green onions
  8. Enjoy!
