  • ¼ cup Acremade egg substitute
  • 5.5 oz water
  • 1 tbsp. diced green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp. diced red bell peppers 
  • 1 tbsp. diced tomatoes 
  • 1 tbsp. diced onions 
  • ¼ cup non-dairy cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Green onions

Method:

  1. Combine egg scrambler and water into a bowl
  2. Whisk until smooth 
  3. Dice the peppers, tomato, and onion
  4. Drizzle olive oil over hot skillet, and add in your egg scrambler mix
  5. Allow mixture to cook undisturbed until the edge begins to form, then flip
  6. Add in vegetables and cheese on one side, and flip in half
  7. Garnish with salt, pepper, and green onions
  8. Enjoy your omelet made from egg substitute!
