
Vegan GF Chocolate Mug Cake

You've got a mug, you've got AcreMade Egg Substitute, and now it's time to make this delicious simple mug cake.

Cook time: 2-3 minutes
Serving size: 1 Mug Cake
Servings: 1 Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ Tbsp Granulated sugar
- ½ Tbsp AcreMade Egg Replacer
- 1 ½ Tbsp Gluten-free flour blend
- ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Table Salt
- 2 Tbsp Vegan chocolate chips
- 1 Tsp Vegetable oil
- ¼ Cup Water
Method:
- In a microwaveable mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and egg replacer with a fork until evenly combined.
- Add in the water and oil the stir until a smooth cake batter is formed
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Place in microwave and heat for 45-60 seconds or until the cake is risen and firm to the touch (overcooking will make a very dense, tough cake).
- Once cooked add any desired toppings and once cake has cooled for 2-3 minutes
