Vegan GF Chocolate Mug Cake

You've got a mug, you've got AcreMade Egg Substitute, and now it's time to make this delicious simple mug cake.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 2-3 minutes

Serving size: 1 Mug Cake

Servings: 1 Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ Tbsp Granulated sugar
  • ½ Tbsp AcreMade Egg Replacer
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Gluten-free flour blend
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Table Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 Tsp Vegetable oil
  • ¼ Cup Water

Method:

  1. In a microwaveable mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and egg replacer with a fork until evenly combined.
  2. Add in the water and oil the stir until a smooth cake batter is formed
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Place in microwave and heat for 45-60 seconds or until the cake is risen and firm to the touch (overcooking will make a very dense, tough cake).
  5. Once cooked add any desired toppings and once cake has cooled for 2-3 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
